June 2020 Featured Surface: NGI Sports’ ProCourt and Grass Court Surfaces

NGI Sports’ ProCourt and Grass Court Surfaces

NGI strives to bring the highest quality synthetic grass surfaces with ease of installation and unmatched longevity to the recreational arena, setting the industry standard for excellence.

The best yarn in the industry is made by Ten Cate. Produced in the old Polyloom plant located in Dayton, TN this facility provides top performing slit film PE yarns for best abrasion resistance and ease of manufacture. NGI was the first to incorporate PE slit film for tennis courts and we have been using this yarn for over 15 years. There are many substitutes and “home-made” competitors out there today with components that do not stand the test of time. The first surfaces that we manufactured are still in play today.

We have tested many backings and continue to use a special sport backing which has excellent dimensional stability and does not shrink over time. We have seen numerous companies come and go in our market because their courts shrink, wrinkle and seams separate in our diverse North American climate. NGI’s premium sport backing, combined with our premium urethane stitch-lock coating, ensures straight lines and tight long-lasting seams as an integral part of our design process.

NGI also has developed a premium infill system with our Rubico blend of colored infill. This is available to match the color of the court you choose. We also provide customized size and sphericity to compliment play from grass courts to synthetic clay surfaces.

Don’t short change yourself or your customers by chancing a cheap substitute, choose ProCourt, ProKramer, ProAdvantage, and/or ProAussieClay to fulfill your customers needs.
