In 1991, NGI Sports® first opened its doors to offer the best in sports surfacing. Hence NGI Sports® has had a dedicated research and development program designed specifically to produce next-generation sports surfaces.
There is a commitment to owners and sports facilities as well as to their team of expert contractors to provide innovation. Taking care of the environment also has always been very important to NGI Sports® and as such we have used only environmentally friendly materials and technologies. Meet the Team...
David Burke
Vice President of Sales
David started work with NGI Sports® as a teenager in 1996 assisting on job sites and in the home office while attending Clemson University. Beginning in 2002 David became a full-time employee of NGI as a regional salesman and installation training technician. Over the years David has worked with the Nation’s top tennis court contractors, training them on our systems and learning how varied tennis court construction techniques may be throughout the US. This knowledge assists David in providing contractors and owners with installations which are above par in the industry. David specializes in the performance, research and implementation of the NGI Tennis Series, with regional sales encompassing most of the East Coast.
Mike Burke
Vice President of Marketing
Michael (Mike) began his career with NGI while attending high school, continuing to assist with sales and marketing during summer months while attending Clemson University. Mike joined NGI full time in 2004, traveling to train dealers and licensees on the NGI tennis surfaces. His role has expanded over the years to include marketing services for the company, US sales for bocce and golf materials and now field sales and technical service for select Mid-Eastern and Mid-Western regions of the US.
Terri West
Office Manager, Sales and Service
Terri has worked with the management of NGI Sports® since the inception of the company in 1991. Terri began work in the sports surfacing arena in 1986, where she started with Playfield Industries in Dalton Georgia, eventually working with Sportec International Inc., a renowned surface manufacturer, which led to her position with NGI Sports®. A graduate of Shorter College (Rome, GA) majoring in English and Communications, Terri works with our staff, dealer and licensee network to ensure easy flow of product into the market from inquiry to manufacturing; shipping to final installation.
Cory Brisbin
Western Sales Manager
Cory has been integral with developing sales from the Rocky Mountains to the Pacific. Whether speaking at a lunch presentation to a group of 30 from a landscape architectural firm or working on a job site in the heat of a Santa Fe summer, his ability to listen and orchestrate a team are instrumental in keeping a group on task. From a 4,000 square foot Novagrass® Course Green to a four court battery of ProBounce®, many projects have benefited from Cory’s keen attention to detail. Perhaps his BS degree from Montana State University in Physical Geography explains why he enjoys exploring new sales territory.
