At NGI Sports, the safety and well-being of our employees, customers and suppliers is always our priority, and we recognize the important role we play in providing our customers with a stable supply of products.

We are actively monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and taking steps to help keep our communities safe. We wanted to share with you some steps we are taking. We have no cases reported by NGI employees and will take all necessary precautions to hopefully keep it that way.

We are dedicated to addressing any needs or support and providing the latest information as we continue to closely monitor updates from the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization regarding COVID-19. We will continue to seek guidance from these agencies, public health officials and government agencies on an ongoing basis.

NGI SPORTS remains open for business. We continue to have production capabilities and will provide continuous excellent customer service and timely supply. We are asking our employees to have limited interaction face-to-face with customers, suppliers and the general public to limit potential exposure to the virus. We have put restrictions on travel, are postponing large-scale events, limiting the size of meetings, and providing remote-work solutions as necessary. This decision was taken in order to exercise an abundance of caution for the safety and well being of all. It is driven in part by an effort to uphold our societal responsibility. We have taken steps to encourage social distancing which should help in the overall effort to reduce the COVID-19 growth.

We are in continuous communication with our employees to remind them about the importance of good hygiene, and to provide them with health education and support whenever needed. We have specific self-quarantine and communication procedures in place should an employee be diagnosed with COVID-19 or has been in contact with an individual who has contracted COVID-19. NGI is unaware of any known COVID-19 cases or individuals who have been in contact with a known COVID-19 case here. We are just making preparations in the event that an employee has contracted or been in contact with a known COVID-19 carrier.

We are currently maintaining our production schedules, and our current lead times have not been affected. Our manufacturing capabilities are fully operational and there has been no disruption to our supply chain. Furthermore, our sales customer service and overall operations teams are answering calls and responding to texts and emails in a business as usual approach. While we can't predict what effect a long-term crisis will have on all of us, I can assure you that we are taking steps to ensure our service levels remain high and pledge to keep you informed of any developments that may affect lead times. We are pleased to report that our raw material inventories and finished goods are in excellent shape as we move into the busier time of the year.
